Odd driveline noise?

New owner, had a JK previous to this. Noticed an odd driveline sound/vibration today. 4H engaged, foot off of the gas and a sound like a mudflap hitting the tire - whoop-whoop every 2 seconds or so. Foot on the gas, no issues. In 2H, no issues. anybody?

Fair enough, just wanted to check in and see if anybody else had noticed this.

I'm experiencing a noise in 2H from what seems to be front passenger. Best I can describe the noise is it's very similar to the sound when driving over rumble strips at high speeds. However, it's happening intermittently between 30-50 mph. I caught the sound on video while driving the yesterday but haven't reviewed the video to pinpoint what's happening on the dash. It's also only shortly after driving from a cold start and in a straight line. I haven't noticed it after driving a while or while turning.
