I’m removing my AEV spacer kit and going with Clayton/Dobinson combo of springs which puts me around 3” of lift. In doing so I’m removing the carrier bearing spacers from AEV and sold with the kit, those spacers equal about 1.1” thick.

Clayton doesn’t offer a driveline spacer with their setup so I looked at rockjock and their spacers are only .75” . Then there’s teraflex which says 1.5” spacers, the spacers are 1.5” thick but is this too much of a drop for a 3” lift. I couldn’t find anyone posting on these, Only the rockjock

Spicer 10149071 also a good option with better hardware from what I understand on the JL forums.

just buy a 1x2 or other size block of aluminum scrap from the local metal shop and drill your own holes.

blocks of aluminum scrap are pretty easy to find in .5, .75, 1, 1.25, 1.5 sizes

I got these teraflex ones for free just making sure 1.5" is the proper length for a 3" lift or is it more for 4"+ lift

Should still be fine, tack it on and take a look at the angles

I would throw the teraflex kit on and check some angles.
Alternatively, you could order some shorter bolts M10-1.5 x 50mm (teraflex kit gives 60mm) and a stack of washers;)
Why someone would pay $100 for the rock krawler spacer is beyond me.
