Dealer is setting up my next appointment. They are telling me they will fix what the glass company's guy did. Also hinted he no longer works there.
Yeah, I'm surprised that guy was allowed to work on a vehicle to begin with. Hope it meets your expectations when they fix it.

Update to this- rear glass was replaced on 12/20 to fix my leak. Had a steady rain last week, and it's back to leaking again. Called the dealer while I was driving and told the service advisor it was leaking again. He wanted to scheduled another leak test with a leak specialist.... I politely offered to drive it to him while it was raining, so that he could watch it happen, or send a video. He declined. Would rather have me missing 4 hours of work or try to work from the dealership, and they only do the leak test on Tuesdays, which are the worst day for me, at work. I get it, it needs to be "diagnosed" but at this point, you already know the problem. He then told me to call the glass company they used to see if they could help. Finally heard back from them, and someone is supposed to come out to look at it in the next couple off days....the saga continues....

Thanks for the input- I have checked both of those (I checked the front floor pans first), and have found no water, but I can smell it.
What are you guys doing for the smell to dry it out and clean it? I think I got the same issue after a hard rain. I was thinking my dog leaked but couldn't find any wet spots around the hammock. We emptied everything and used carpet cleaner on all the seats and still this odor. So tomorrow I will check the seat rears and under the all weather mats.

Yeah the whole bring it in for a few days is so bogus. I left mine for 3 days and they couldn’t find the leak (or so they say). In the end they accepted my photos for warranty claim so now i am waiting on backordered glass. Jeep wave still hasn’t contacted me after they said they would 2 weeks ago and my case was given to another case manager who still also hasn’t contacted me. These guys act like i want to pay more money for a retint. I don’t, I just don’t want a leak to mess up anything else. For what its worth mine had 2400 miles when it started leaking. 4/21 build date.

I have Armorlite flooring now, but before, I just took off the freedom panels and rolled down the windows. The smell dissipated in a couple of hours. It wasn't a crazy leak, just enough to get stuff damp and stink.

What a PITA-I hope it they resolve it quickly for you! What I ended up doing before the leak got fixed was stuff a couple of towels behind the seat to protect the subwoofer and things I had stored.

Just as a follow up FYI, the glass guy found the leak on the new glass with a bottle of water within about 30 seconds, and quickly sealed it up with some sort of sealant in a tube (I forgot the type he used). No leaks now, and I have recently been in some downpours. He said the design of the windows is awful, and that sealant seemed to do the trick.

Yeah i have a towel for separation as well. Hopefully it stays resolved but on the other thread with a ton of replies someone had the dealer use flowable silicone as a temp fix and now the glass company won’t replace the glass.

The glass company chose this route for mine, so hopefully it's a non-issue, especially since I am waiting on an ARE topper to arrive and install....

Ouch yeah that would be a pain to remove if it etarts leaking again. I removed my soft bed cover before i took it over there this morning. After reading all of the horror stories i am just hoping it doesn’t leak any more and they don’t scratch or break anything else.
