Oem fog light swap

I have a 2021 sport s with halogen fog lights. Going to swap to oem led. Does the whole bumper have to be removed or just the back panels of the bumper?

Not sure if the sport bumper is different but with the Rubicon/Mojave plastic bumper you just need to pop off the plastic covers by pulling the push pins.
