Anyone else had issues worth condensation on the OEM led headlights. Mine are new take offs from a 2021 and they have a considerable amount of condensation today. Enough that it’s formed water droplets.

not happy right now my rubicon never did this.

I've never seen that, but I live in the desert. Since they are take-offs, they may have suffered some damage when removed from the other vehicle.

A slight condensation 'haze' is usually considered normal by most manufacturers as long as it goes away. However, as soon as the condensation turns into droplets it indicates a failure. Too bad these lights were purchased as take-offs, otherwise they should be covered under warranty.

a haze is normal sure, This was actual droplets. Regardless I have fixed the issue. I sealed around the lens with clear silicone, diaelectric grease on all the plugs, new vent caps on the back of the headlights and I took the heat sink / control board off the bottom and put electric grease on the silicon gasket down there too.

I think the vent caps were the issue honestly. They pulled right off and were very loose. Additionally the little fabric pieces inside them were separated from the rubber on the caps. The caps were purchased from BAM, $8

Zero issues since doing this I have driven in rain, fog and washed the truck several times.
