If it doesn't come from the factory with the app installed, there is currently no way provided for the owner to add it.

The only way is to either have the dealership install the 8.4" Infotainment screen. Or buy a hacked 8.4" from https://www.infotainment.com/ and use the TAZER JL Mini to unlock the Off Road Pages app.
