I am running 12.5 inch wide 37 inch tall Cooper STT PROS on a 17X8.5 inch wheel with a -18 offset on a diesel gladiator. It looks sweet and does great as a daily driver and an overlanding rig.

Not many choices for a 37x11.50. Also, with the -18mm offset, you'll have plenty of room for the wider tires.

I'd go with 37x12.50 or even 37x13.50.

Only a 2” difference between the wheel and tire is gonna give a bit of that stretched appearance tuner cars seem to love (sidewall wider than the tread). I personally believe that is a terrible look on a jeep so if you HAVE to have that wheel, i’d 100% get a 12.5 or 13.5 width. Whatever you do though, do not get an E rated tire or you’ll hate it
