I’ll take some more tomorrow that show it better. I snapped those 2 when I got back from the shop. I can tell you the poke looks better with these wheels (tires too of course) than it looked with the Zephyrs.
Yeah, those STT Pros are a mean looking tire.

Looks like Discount aired them up to rock hard 45psi like they just did my new tires. The contact path looks like you are missing the edges. I wish they would set them to actual usable pressures. Every time I have them rotated or balanced, they reset them. Usually even if I ask them not to.

Yeah they look good. I really like them and was going to go that route but found the Firestone Destination MT2 on sale at Tire Rack for under $250 each. Couldn't pass that up.

It’s likely a liability issue. If you go out and have an accident and they determine your tires were low, they will most likely try to go after discount tire too.

Man, those wheels and tires look amazing. I may have to copy you!

It definitely is. They took the old wheels/tires off, but they told me that they are not allowed to dismount the tires because they are beadlocks. Basically they said they can't do anything with beadlocks because of liability, which I understand. This is now my weekend project to pull the tires off and put the wheels up for sale.

The guys at my local Discount are great, with the exception of the 40's, every set of tires I have bought for my vehicles in at least the past 5 years has come from them. Highly recommended.

The wheels are still on sale at Custom Offsets if you want to get them. I sent the link to the Discount guys and they matched the price no further questions asked!

What PSI do you typically run yours at on road?

I know this wasn’t directed to me but I usually run mine 22-23lbs cold so it puts me around 25 to 26lbs warm on the street. My last set wore really good like this. With you having the overland equipment you may need a little more.
