Hi all,
I would like to ask what yall would do in my situation.
I placed an order for few parts for upcoming project from Worldpartsdirect.com .
Ordered it on 7/6/2024. Still have not shipped. Asked for ETA but they failed to respond but sent me a couple of robotic messages.
Then I asked them to cancel the order if they have no estimated date for shipping.
They partially refunded the order minus ~ 100 bucks today. They are closed for the day.
I believe they are charging me cancellation fee on an order they have failed to give me an estimated date of shipping. During this whole time, they had no mention of cancellation fee.
I purchased it with American Express so I feel like I can dispute it with the credit card company but I feel very cheated with their policy.
Any thoughts?
