Your dad was also your uncle?
Wow, you must be young - you've never heard that term when someone "gives up" ?
LOL
Naw, now you are just trolling.
(As a side note I'd bet that half the people here had never heard that term used - kids now days....)

He needs one of these............

If it's broadband it could be from high voltage lines and transformers, a loose or arcing connection, etc.

If it's narrow band could be some high-power transmitter, someone there with an illegal radio or one not set up properly. For it to be some electronics causing it, it would need to be close so that lets that out.

Any broadcast towers or CB or HAM antennas near that location? Any paging transmitters?

It's a phrase loved by management, but otherwise makes no sense and has no basis in reality - or psychology.
I quoted Forbes and Psychology Today - the real experts, while unwitting management still use the phrase.
It's not just my opinion, it's the opinion of many many people who know the origin and why it's a lame phrase.
There is no box. If there is, you created it yourself.

Real experts, not management who think they are, has found using the phrase actually stifles creativity and isn't helpful.
As I said, you are wasting too much energy on things like this. Besides, I found the box:

Built JKUR to an F150 FX4, to my 2022 Mojave!
Simple enough theory to test, being your code reader, drive by facility, if code appears, drive par a few miles, clear code, drive by facility again, if it re appears, do it a few more times. If it’s consistent, now you have a more solid theory to work from.
I fully intend to do this next time I am over that way.

Doesn't sound too far fetched to me. Heck, my police scanner that I use for everything from emergency, air traffic and railroads doesn't work in my Gladiator when it's running. Too much interference. It makes static constantly. Everytime I push on the brake pedal it squelches a horrible high pitch ringing until I let off. It's possible something weird could interfere with the computers. Heck, the military has equipment specifically designed to interfere with electronics. It's not too far fetched.

OP said that he was driving past the same medical facility each time. Makes me wonder if their MRI equipment has leakage.

And they were using it every time - and no one in the facility noticed.
I wonder how many teslas that machine is rated at!
