P0441 code - running out of things to replace - help needed...

I have a '22 JT 3.6 that has been almost flawless for it's 70K miles - I'm the original owner.

About 1.5 years ago I got a P0441 code, I cleaned the gas cap and didn't see the code for almost a year.

About 7 months ago, p0441 again. Cleaned cap again, code was gone for about 6 months.

Recently the code popped up again, do I've started replacing the low hanging fruit.

11/11/25 @ 66200k code P0441. Replaced fuel cap and cleaned area, checked hose connections

12/3/25 69050 code P0441 again replaced vapor purge control valve

And now again yesterday, at 69661K I get P0441 again.

Thoughts on what I should test / replace next?

You may want to do a smoke test. Frequently that is the only way to locate a leak in this system.

Yep...same as above. I chased the gas cap gremlins for more than a year on my Wrangler then smoked it and found the evap cannister cracked. Harbor freight has an okay smoker.

Any idea where I can get some information on how to do a smoke test? YouTube has nothing specific for the JT.

This still works as of a bit ago. Once downloaded, there's a file titled, "ENGINE PERFORMANCE 3.6L Emissions Control". It has a diagram of the EVAP component locations. Hopefully that will help you out.
