I’ve seen a few threads on this happening to others, I found my first issue of it a few months back when I was washing the truck. Contacted my local dealer and scheduled a time to get it fixed up. The initial spot was only on the bottom of the driver door, got it repainted and am mostly happy with the paint job, orange peel is slightly different and most people wouldnt notice it’s not factory paint. Well I just washed it again and found a new spot next to the hinge on a rear door. So annoyed!
For people who have dealt with this, does it spread out further once it starts in a specific area? I am considering not getting this spot repainted if it won’t get bigger, I really don’t like the thought of paint work on vehicles, I just get too picky. I am also considering getting rid of the truck all together if these keep popping up, it just drives me insane haha.
