Agreed. I don't want to be too hard on them. I understand business is business. It all come down to math and ROI. Except my legitimate problem being something they don't want to "mess with" seems like the quiet part out loud. But is there a recourse that I could find a closer option? Or am I forced to decide if the two-hour option is worth it?

They should probably brush up on their email etiquette and just say they can’t do it because they don’t have the facilities.
