Hey guys/girls

I have a 21 Mojave fully loaded with alpine, lane assist adaptive cruise front camera etc. I have remote start on my fob and on the app. Lately, I can't start, lock or unlock the jeep on the phone app. No problem at all with my fob. Works every time but when I hit an command on the app. It does its thing, and gives me a notice it started/locked/unlocked as I requested. Nothing happens to the jeep. It does give me location, fuel range etc

I'm not sure what the problem is so thought I'd ask. No, I have not gone to dealer yet as I'm not sure if my taser would be any issue with the dealer and this problem. I'm not ready to pull it yet and it did work with the taser before

A couple recent things different with my Jeep

I did install a PAC amp preouts behind the deck for subs a few weeks ago. I don't know if it was an issue before I did this as it just started getting cold and snowing and started using the app

Also, I did lose a key fob with in the last few weeks. I thought it was in the jeep but can't find it. If it was in the jeep in a bidding spot would that cause it not to work on the app?

Any ideas?

Thanks for any help

The remote start with the phone app works through the cellular connection in the head unit. It has a checklist it goes through before allowing a start. Having a FOB inside the vehicle may interfere with it working correctly. It's also possible something was pulled loose or damaged when the install was done behind the head unit.

Ok. Well I'll open it up again and see if every thing is still plugged in. Thanks for the info. Maybe I'll unhook the PAC and try and start to see if that's the issue

Anyone else noticed the Jeep mobile app has been screwed up for about 3 weeks now?

I just checked it this morning and everything is back in place
