No worries and no such thing considering we're all thinking about sending a couple grand halfway around the world.Sorry for the potentially dumb question but I want to be sure I know what I'm agreeing to before I throw my hat in the ring...
Regarding the first pic, are all of these accessories included (crossbars, toolboxes, etc) or are these options available?
The $1725 landed cost I was quoted was for a Type 1 cap with solid panel side doors, internal "molle" panel on those doors, load bars, two internal compartments with shelves (they're half shelves, not full length), rear window security mesh. This was all for transit from China to the US, then cross country shipping to the Baltimore Metro, tariffs included. Per Ruby, the caps come with all the hardware as well as weatherstripping. I am not entirely certain these come with a tube of RTV to seal everything but TBF you can get that from your local NAPA for cheap.
I suspect those of you on the west coast may get a little bit better of a price on that final number but if we combine and fill more space in a container the overall China-US shipping cost goes down.
