Update:

This spread sheet has everything I requested price-wise except the 180 awnings. She messaged me back:

2m radius: 265
2.5M radius: 315

Matching annex setup:

2m: $135
2.5M: $155

Aluminum platform rack from above:

Small platform: 1200*1200mm, suitable for small pickup trucks with cargo boxes under 5.0ft. $110

Large platform: 1600*1300mm, suitable for pickup trucks with a cargo box of 5.5ft or more. $165

I've requested more pics, especially interiors and close ups of the tents.

Personally, I'm leaning towards the $760 wedge but I need to know if it includes a rain fly and want interior pics.

Good morning everyone-

I threw together a quick spreadsheet last night of everything to try to make this easier to follow.

There are a handful of items with outstanding pricing but given the time difference I'll likely be waiting until later tonight to update.

Once I firm missing prices as well as finalized pricing for each individual item, I'll either set this up as an online form or just post it here for anyone interested to DL and pick their options and send back.

I put in a theoretical purchase based on my cap specs as an example. Some of the items she quoted were bundled, I'll get individual pricing from her soon as possible.

Finally:

I've spec'ed awnings with LEDs built into the bars only. There are many others but it was getting out of hand. Per the images she's sent me the awning rooms have screens and zip up coverings.

I have each of the tents pics and measurements, you can see the one in the screen shots as example. The extended models will most likely interfere with the use of a SunRider so be sure to measure your truck before ordering. (Wedge #1 seems to work but I need to measure again.)

The shipping charges will be different and will require all your details for me to relay on another page in the file. West coast landed likely will be cheaper than East Coast but per Ruby the freight costs include last mile delivery to you.

They have a $55 option for wooden crate packaging for the canopy and its accessories, I need to find out what the change is for other items. Otherwise cardboard packaging is included.

Once this is all set up, the plan is for you to contact company directly with this as an order form, then they will prepare their actual form (you've seen these in previous posts) based on your selections.

Full disclosure, I'm not collecting a brokerage fee here, but if three or more caps get ordered I get $100 off my setup.

Wooden crate for only $55 seems like a no brainer for something bouncing around in a truck and a ship halfway around the world.

The awning is super tempting but if I get one I've been looking at the big HD Nomadic from OVS that reaches all the way to the windshield of the truck on the driver side.

I agree. It's such a nominal cost that I look at it as cheap insurance.

Far as the awning is concerned, I'm more inclined for a 180 since the tent is accessed from outside. Much as I like the idea of a 270, I don't want to have to unhook part of the awning to get in and out of the tent.

The 180 also has the option of passenger or driver side depending on final configuration but I far as I can tell the ones they sell are driver side only. Worst case if I really need tailgate coverage, I can buy a narrow 90 and throw it on the back.

For sure! makes sense in your application.

I'm not certain I'll ever be invested in an RTT again so for us the more coverage the merrier.

Individual use cases being what they are, yup. I am on the fence about the RTT. Part of me wants an RTT for convenience and speed of setup and the other part of me wants a Gazelle T4 or Oztent RV3. Bottom line is I want to be able to get out in the woods on short notice and high speed low drag with an RTT is ideal for that. The biggest thing holding me back is hoisting a 35lb mongrel in and out of it.

I'm going with #1,

Don't quote me on this but I believe that the Type 1 cap is the least expensive, flat panels, no exterior mounting panels and no side windows. I know the spreadsheet shows all as type one but I'm chalking that up to Chinese-English translations.

If you reply back with the one you're interested in I'll relay and get a price.

I've also asked Ruby to work on a direct chat link for everyone's individual orders, too.
Curious about cap #2, with 1 toolbox and crossbars as well as the rear security mesh. Would be shipping to that WA address in Tacoma.

@Cattywumpuss

I wasn't able to stay up late enough last night to get specifics on shipping but will do so hopefully this evening. I had a long day and was out like a light by 945pm. She sent me a bunch of messages with further details and answers to some of the q's I've thrown her.

She did send me a better catalog of their products. This doesn't have the RTT's or awnings, though.

Sorry for the potentially dumb question but I want to be sure I know what I'm agreeing to before I throw my hat in the ring...

Regarding the first pic, are all of these accessories included (crossbars, toolboxes, etc) or are these options available?
No worries and not a dumb question at all.

These are all options. I think the cross bars are the easiest to replicate with materials here but the interior boxes and rear window mesh might be a challenge.

On the order sheet I've put together I'll have the exact costs of these lined up so you can choose a la carte; personally my configuration is going to have all of them minus the platform rack.

Yup. Ruby said they offered a "kitchen box" but this is the first I've seen it.

Not to pile stuff onto your list - but if Ruby has anymore info on that 😄

I wouldn't even use it for a kitchen half the time, lol.
