Possible Tramsmission Pan Leak

It's been at the local dealer (not the one I purchased from) for three days now. I called to see what was the status and the service writer said it was with their "transmission tech" but he has not diagnosed the issue yet and they would call when he diagnosed it. On top of that I have had to come out of pocket for the last three days of a rental car plus another day at least tomorrow, because the dealer says they have no loaners, and wouldn't have any for another week or so. All this for a vehicle I purchased 3+ weeks ago, that was certified, supposedly inspected, just to take it to the shop. @JeepCares, who can I send this rental car bill to? This is not a great way to start a certified vehicle ownership.

Might want to temper your expectations on getting reimbursed or put in a rental by either Jeep or the dealerships on their dime.

Loaners and rental cars have been a constant gripe of people with FCA vehicles and has never been a guaranteed right to have one.
