I have a dealer near me that has a 23 Gladiator Sport that they added a 2.5” Rough Country lift, front and rear trac bars, Black Rhino Warthog wheels with 35/12.5 R17 BF Goodrich All Terrains, hood mounted 30” Led light, speedo calibrator, steering stabilizer, Westin running boards. One concern is the 3.73 gears an issue with the tires?

The original sticker MSRP is $53,490 and the web site shows a pic of the upcharge for the mods in a picture but then the price on the website says 50k. This seems to good to be true.

Curious what others think? Should I be running down to make sure I get this or am I looking at a bait and switch?

I’ve got 315/70’s with 4.10’s and stock suspension. That’s livable to me. I’d think long and hard about 35’s, lift, and 3.73’s.

Then again though…If you bought it like that, you wouldn’t know any different.

Even if they do let it go for $50K…that’s not going to be out the door. You’re probably going to be in it for $52K+ and you don’t have locker(s).

I’m not a “built, not bought” tool, but I’d rather get a deal on a stock Sport or Rubicon and build it how I want it than pay out the nose for some bolt ons. Just my two cents.

Take into account the lift may be 500, wheels and tires are a wash unless they want to give you the stock ones to you, the light bar might be 200 bla bla bla. Your photo didn’t pull up, but I’d guess they charging you 10,000 without a reacharound…. I would never pay for those upgrades from a dealer. They’re charging you labor +20-40%. It’s just what they do to try and hook you.

This all ran through my mind. Thanks.

Yup, they could at least put a Mopar lift on the darn thing, but clearly the junk country is even cheaper for them to get their dirty hands on. Order one they way you want it then add the mods you want for way way less.

Wait a 23 Sport is over $50k? Something super odd about that deal

Built and ordered my 2022 Sport S Max Tow with a ton of options. My MSRP was 58K from the factory. Very possible. I did not want a Rubi nor lockers. I wanted to have the tow and payload as high as possible. So I would not be surprised that someone could build a 50K base Sport.

Probably a website misprint. They aren't going to take a loss like that. Not on a new '23.

3.73s are fine for 35s imo.

But thats a bad deal. Wouldn't buy a new truck off the lot with one of those cheap spacer lifts. and especially not for what they're asking.
