Problem with Tazer

I just bought a 2020 JTR LE, after selling my 2020 Sport S JT a year ago.
One of the first things I bought for it is a Tazer. Today I went about installing it, Easy enough as I had one in my first JT.
I went to marry it and when I enter the audio screen and press the left arrow and the cruise cancel buttons nothing changes in the evic.
I did update the tazer to the latest firmware when the tazer arrived, and the LED on the Tazer itself does flash when it's plugged in.

I'm not sure what the issue is.

Any ideas?

The Tazer in question is not from my first Jeep, it is brand new.

I wonder if it's the update. I recently updated to the newest update and now only the live functions work. Every time I try to set the tire size, it says, "Try Again." Can't get it to stick.

All set, I had to do a recovery with the Tazer module. All good now.

release the button on the right side and it will go to the correct screen. cycle thru like normal. mine did this after the latest update.

It is done in the latest utility app, apparently I still had the old version of the app, once I realized this the rest was easy.
