For those of you with the quadratec flashlight holder, I chased a rattle for a week, turns out one of the screws came loose, so the screw and washer were clanging together. Just thought I’d pass it along. 👍

Haven't had that problem yet, definitely easy install.

Will it let the flashlight become a projectile in an accident? Just curious. Haven’t purchased one yet.

Never thought about it becoming loose, I guess I'll check mine. That would have never been on my list of things to check for a rattle.

^^^ Nice, but $50? Yikes. EDI: My bad, it's $30. I guess that's a little more reasonable.

I haven't tried it yet but won't a flashlight of the right length just lay in that space alongside the seat without any kind of holder? I'm the only one who drive it and I don't move the seat.

I'm thinking more like this cloth/velcro holder that's only $10. I need to check ut the roll bars to see where this will fit without Emily hitting heads.

I would also add that there is very little margin in gaging how tight to get the mount screw before the insert pulls and cracks the mount. It is not the best use of materials as it relies on spring tension of plastic.
