Job took several hours, but I'm happy with the results. I'm into it for about $650 total.

So far I really love it. The finish is great, the fitment was perfect, and I like the way the factory fogs will mount up to it without harness extensions. Plus, for $350 you can't beat it.

It isn't perfect though. The winch mount holes could have been forward 1" to move the winch away from the grille. And the fog light provisions weren't drilled large enough for the included hardware. But a 1/8" drill bit took care of that. Also, the access slots for bolting down the winch are too small...so make sure you put the winch on FIRST and then set the entire assembly on the Jeep. This is contrary to the instructions, but trust me on this.

It weighs 105 lbs.
Winch weighs 80 lbs.
All the factory stuff I took off weighed around 35 lbs.

So I'm +150 lbs. hanging off the front of the truck now. Front suspension squatted 3/8". No biggie.

My uncle slid off the edge of his driveway tonight and his wheel spokes got wedged against the side of a fire hydrant. Couldn't move the truck forward or backward. I've never seen anything like it. Used the Badland winch to scoot the rear of his truck away from the hydrant. It worked effortlessly. He came away only really needing a new tire. Win! That could have been bad!

I like it. It is on my short list.

This was the bumper I wanted but they keep pushing availability back so I ended up going with the RR Arcus. I had the JK version on my JKUR and loved it. Surprised to hear there are minor fitment issues as the JK version was trouble free.

I have a QRC like that on my JKUR (I've got the matching rear bumper too). It's a great, very solid bumper. When I get a Gladiator, I plan to put a QRC on it as well, but maybe the stubby instead of the full width.
