Yes, I think that would do what you want. Raise the front 1” or lower the rear with some 1” lift springs from Synergy or stock springs with a spacer.
rear spring measures about 16 inches, this is mopar stock number that I can see:

Measure yours coil perch to coil perch as it sits level and compare to others.

Mine has 2.5” Clayton springs. If you care to know what that measurement is, I can get it.

1. Not all lifts are created equal. Some are full featured and keep your steering and geometry where they should be - and others - like the Mopar or teraflex spacer pucks - do not. Your best bet it to get it into a reputable 4x4 shop and let them tell you what you got, and the best way to get it to where you want it. (Clayton comes to mind.....). I for SURE would want to know what was done and what wasn't if I bought a "lifted" jeep. A lift can cost anywhere from $150 to $8,000+. I'd want to know which end of the spectrum my Gladiator was sitting on so that I could plan accordingly.

2. Yes. Expect roughly 1/2 inch more "droop" on the front after you've installed your bumper and winch. Which will of course exasperate your rake "problem".

PS - ARGUABLY - Fox shocks are not necessarily an indicator of a well thought out lift. (Putting on my Flac jacket now..... :D :D)
If they ain't FOX 2.5 elite with resi or better. I wouldn't touch a fox shock with a 10 ft pole.
