Those of you with the 2.5 SST Readylift... any regrets? Issues?

I'm looking for a puck lift strictly for 35s and the 4x4 shops recommends this lift.

They are quoting me total $1800 for parts and install....

I had mine on for 4 years and it was a great lift and ran 37's 3 of those 4 years. No regrets. Even towed a 4000lb camper and 6000lb camper with mine. Dang how times have changed. I only paid $850 out the door with an alignment, the kit and the install in 2020. I'd put it on my self if someone was charging me $1800. You can get it done in 2 hrs or less on your driveway with a floor jack.

Thanks. I know $1800 seems absurd. I mean the dealer quoted me about $2500 for a mopar lift install….. at that point I almost wonder if that’s the better option.

I’d like to think I can do it myself. I’m sorta handy. Was able to DIY a basement remodel which looks solid. But something about wrenching and vehicle stuff - I’ve never been confident.

I would most definitely say $2500 for the Mopar lift is worth it over $1800 on the Readylift 2.5 considering you'd be getting upgraded shocks and springs. That SST kit costs under $500 and the install is not too complicated. I'd maybe try to do it yourself or I got this more complete Readylift kit on 35s and think it's a better option than the Mopar lift.. It's 4 inches in front 3 inches in the rear so it takes most of the rake out

All spacer lifts are pretty comparable. $1,300 to install one is crazy expensive.

I paid $630 for install of a Clayton 2.5" lift (springs, shocks, track bars, upper arms, and sway bar links), mount and balance 35s, install wheel spacers, install programmer, do alignment, and re-torque and check everything after 500 miles.

I agree, that's a 1.5 to 2 hour job for a shop with a lift. Basically you would be paying roughly $650 an hour for labor. Most shops in my area charge $150 to $200 an hour. I had a 3.5 inch Readylift spacer lift installed on my 2024 Ram Rebel which is a tougher install than a Jeep Gladiator and I only paid $1400 for the lift and installation of that. Another $150 for lifetime alignment at Firestone put me at $1550 total. $1800 for a spacer lift and install is highway Robbery

I got mine on amazon around black Friday almost half off the 400 and change it is now. I got a couple of install quotes from the local 4wd/jeep shops and all wanted over 1200 to install. I went to my local Mavis/NTB/Tire Kingdom who does our fleet service. Was quoted just under 500 for install. Did not need an alignment that all the other shops said was necessary (200 dollars). They put the new 35's I bought online on as well for 35 a tire (Kenda Kevlar RT 35/10.5/17). Super happy with the lift for the cost.
