question regarding Rebel Offroad bed rails

I have the Rebel Offroad bed rails on the way (https://rebeloffroad.com/ROE-JT-BR3). If I wanted to build a platform to make use of the rails and cinch it in so it does not move around, what would I need to look for - I'm not savvy on these types of things. I have the trail rail system in my Wrangler and they have those spring loaded tie-downs. But I would need something that I could attach to something like plywood that I could slide into the rail and clamp into position.
