Quick Daystar 3/4" Install Question

For specifically the Daystar 3/4" front spacer, is the correct order from top to bottom isolator -> spacer -> spring?

I'm following this post as I'm looking to do this install in front and rear for my trip to Moab in July. Looking to do Top of the World but I also want to stay as stock as possible.
