I have almost 7k miles on my jeep and the Mopar lift. I noticed recently I get alot of faint popping/rattling over bumps. Mostly at slow speeds. I'm wondering if maybe I should have the dealer re-torque all my suspension components especially after it's been settled in. Will this be covered by the warranty?

It won’t hurt to ask them, but they may try and charge you an hour of labor for it.

For what it is worth, my dealer put paint on all the bolts so I can easily tell if they’ve moved.

That was a good idea they did that.

I installed my suspension the beginning of the year. I torque to spec. and painted a line on the bolts with a paint pen. I have done a lot of 4 wheeling and none have come loose yet.
Check your end links that connect to your front sway bar. I have had those come loose and make noise.

If they installed
They should cover it

My dealer wants to check mine at 50, 500 and at 5000
No charge

When we send customers out the door, we always have them come back after 100-200 miles for a torque check. A paint pen should always be used on any bolts removed and reinstalled.

Took it to the dealer. They checked everything and told me that I need a new tie rod and drag link (I think he said drag link...I'm tired) Really??? At under 7k miles I'm surprised. It will be covered under warranty. Funny thing is on the way home I didn't hear anything. They must have tightened some things up.

Edit-I didn't get any sleep so now I'm second guessing what he said. Anyways, they're replacing 2 things ?.

Seems all good up front. Even drives better. But I'm still getting an occasional popping sound from the rear end when slow moving over uneven/bumpy terrain. Gee wiz...my old Colorado did the same thing. It had leaf springs though.
