Here's my rant....

Ordered an expensive "to me" 3" RK Suspension lift kit from Northridge 4X4, on September 16th.
Everything came in right away except the box kit. I believe that kit has the pucks, rear trackbar bracket, some bolts etc.

Been talking to Northridge and they said RK dropped the ball, and are only sending out 2-3 kits at a time and no definite when I will get mine.....might be a few months.

That really sucks!
So what's up RK? When will I get my box kit so I can put my lift in?

It’s on a container ship in CA. Blame the government people in Cali. It’s better for the employees to stay home and collect government checks than work the docks.

Shortage of truckers, warehouse space.

All a perfect storm.

I thought RK makes their parts right in New York...? Are they not made here in the US?

Here’s your issues… yes covid slowed them down. Then earlier this year they moved into their new shop that is absolutely huge! But they only planned to be closed 2 weeks… the move lasted over a month! They still haven’t recovered due to orders piling in.

I’m sorry you didn’t get what parts you needed to make you lift complete and ranting does make it feel better but unfortunately we’re in a time that can’t facilitate being fast.

heck… back when I was working for 4 wheel parts back in may, king shocks were saying any new orders were not going to be available until late spring.

Didn't know they opened a new larger facility. Moving always takes longer than expected. I should know. I did the same thing a couple of years ago and there are always set backs.

AND this morning I receive a UPS notice from Northridge.....guess what. A few months, turned into shipping my box kit out yesterday. YAY!!!

Hope to get the lift installed possibly this weekend.....
