Really Hard Shifting

Having some issues with hard shifting mostly when it’s up an incline… like a hard jerk. Really sketchy but doesn’t seem like it effects any performance. Doesn’t happen all the time on flat roads… and drives normal otherwise… has 16,000 miles. 2021 Eco Diesel.

Any help is appreciated before I take it to the dealer…

what kind of road surface? how fast are we talking?

Highway sometimes after taking off say hitting 3rd… or after you give it throttle to speed up in a lane on the interstate.

Mine was a quart low in transmission fluid from the factory. After adding, it shifted smooth.
