So now their response is I admitted to installing the product and that’s why the claim is denied. How do you find out if something fits if you dont install it? This is what I get for being honest. Their site still advises “guaranteed fit”. That’s not the case for my issue.

I just saw a response on my PayPal from RealTruck that I did not reach out to them about returning this item. Why did I receive an email denying the return? How did they know I was wanted to return this item? Why would a company tell such blatant lies? I have the persons name and date of when I first made contact. Their customer service just keeps getting more and more ridiculous.

I just cancelled my first and only order with them today. Took the order and my money no problem, but no status for two weeks other than "Pending Fulfillment". Inquired and got a couple of boilerplate responses from what seemed like two different people but it could have been AI bots for all I know.

At least Quadratec will give you some type of ballpark status, not RealTruck.

Sorry you’re going through trouble with them as well. I never had an issue with Quadratec and will continue to do most of my purchases through them. Shame on RealTruck.com.

Sorry you’re going through trouble with them as well. I never had an issue with Quadratec and will continue to do most of my purchases through them. Shame on RealTruck.com.
Quadratec has had there issues the last 3-4 years with customer service and converting largely to a drop ship model for a lot of their stuff, but they at least tell you that up front and also when something is actually in stock or give somewhat realistic lead times.

IMHO, Northridge 4x4 is the best one on their game and who I shop first with before going to somebody else.

Quadratec has had there issues the last 3-4 years with customer service and converting largely to a drop ship model for a lot of their stuff, but they at least tell you that up front and also when something is actually in stock or give somewhat realistic lead times.

IMHO, Northridge 4x4 is the best one on their game and who I shop first with before going to somebody else.

@RealTruck is a garbage company in my book now. They could be selling the cure for cancer and I would not buy another thing direct from them.

Basically they are refusing to refund me my order and just giving a estimated time to ship around 7/29/24. That is over three week away and over a month since I placed my order. Had I not pinged them for a refund, I probably would not even have this status.

More people need to share their experiences with them so we are aware that they do not care once the sale is made.

I would dispute it with your credit card company
It's on my radar. I have one more inquiry in with them and the outcome of that will make that decision.

Edit: I will also add that my order was also predicated on a rebate that ended in June. So I do not know if I even waiting until the end of this month, would they honor the rebate submittal?

Well, submitted a charge-back request for the order. Even if they shipped, around the stated date, I would time out on submitting for the rebate through them that probably would get hosed over anyways.

Funny, less than 24 hours later, have my charge-back money credited back and now the online status with RealTruck shows the cancellation going through.

I have no clue why they run their company the way they do and make it so difficult?
