I installed an MC 2.5 kit last summer and been trying to dial in the rear bump stops since. Front seems to be spot on with 3 pucks and my 37s but not sure about the rear.

I pulled the truck on an RTI today and seems the rear isn't nearing the fender wheels. Not sure if it's supposed to be maxed out on an RTI ramp since it's mainly flexing the front but figured I'd ask.

Also notice that at full flex I could probably use the outboard shock mounts... Never really received a true answer on what would interfere on wheels with less than 4.5 BS. I have a set of fuels with 5" backspacing.. seems like plenty of room but could be wrong.

My rear sport flares just clear a 37” with 2” of bumpstop. I’d imagine with a rubicon, it would only take an inch max with the extra space.

Thanks for confirming. Not sure how tall the MC pucks are but presumably I have 2 too many.

With MC Durosprings, nothing is required in the rear with a Rubi/Mojave on 37's unless BS is way out there or axle isn't centered properly in the fender. With your OE stops, I might guess you only need one puck?

Ya I'm gonna try that next. Should be enough I think.
Now just gotta figure out where the outboard mounts would interfere in the front if any...

My $0.02
Start with removing any factory bump pads- the yellow bumpers on the frame side.

flat- pull the springs and set the jeep down to get the minimum bump needed for that unforeseen bump. (My diesel with XT 37’s flat clear with bump)

Once flat bump is known- move to the ramp- again without bump pads…. Run it until a tire comes off the ground. I needed to add 1” before the tire kisses the inner liners up front. Rear 1.25” pads needed.

If you are checking clearance with upper pads in just keep in mind they compress….
