Hi guys,

So after some digging in the forums, I decided to try my luck and see if the 37' Yokohama Geolander's would fit in the stock location. Well after getting the tire mounted and aired at 15 psi, I'm not quite sure that is the case. This is my current situation, I want to say this is less than 1/4 of an inch. You can see the tire needles? touching the thing, this is with the tire "encouraged" as far back against the hitch it would go with a pry bar:

I'm guessing that's probably not going to work :swear:

Got any recommendations for a particular rear track bar that will let my 37's live under the bed? Or is Clayton the only option that we still have right now?

I bought the Clayton before getting my 37's... Wanted to have all options open. The Clayton gives you the most options.

Exactly what I should have done from the get go. Don't know why I waited, I knew the Yoko's ran a bit larger than the BFG's, which were my second choice.

Now that it's more likely that I'll need to shell out for another alignment, I'm trying to get a feel on if there's anything else I can look at, before I pull the trigger.

I do know that Clayton makes a good kit at least, just wondering if their front bar will work with Yeti's trackbar/steering box reinforcement bracket.

Any thought on just using a relocation bracket in the rear. The AEV unit is solid and provided better geometry and handling to boot. In the end I also added metalcloak track bars front and rear. Rear was really just for looks as I love the gold plating that they use. Needed the front to re center the axles.

From a quick look on google, it looks like most of them just raise the rear track bar higher up so that the geometry is the same as before you lifted the truck. While it will fix my roll center, the problem that I'm having with the spare fitment is that the bar is just too close to the spare in the first place, I would need the bar to move forward at least half an inch.

I'm still leaning towards a new adjustable track bar for front and rear. I had thought about buying them before as my axles are both slightly off center, about half an inch towards the driver, but it looks like that is within tolerances, so I left it alone in the mean time.

Do you know if there are any relocation brackets that bring the bar forward?

I think the only real option for the rear in terms of a full size spare fitting is Clayton, unless something has changed in the last few months.

You can also get away with a different tire for the spare. There's a thread out there with all the tires that will fit without getting too terribly close.
