Evo Double Coil Over
Ok, that explains it. Those double coil overs are the cats meow... So, you have not fully decided on ride height, thus the end link issue.... If it helps, I have Clayton 3.5" springs, and I think just another inch would really cut down on some of my scraping... so, if you are not going with the full 6 inches, I vote you do not go below 4 to 4.5 inches. You should change the front driveshaft anyway. Great setup, Enjoy !

PS. If you keep the stock sway bar setup, you might want to get rid of those fixed length end links, and go with a threaded shaft like Clayton provides... They are cheap... something like $10 for the threaded shaft, and $15 or so for each end from the Clayon Website (I had to order some replacements when I damaged mine). This way you can cut them and use the nuts to adjust the length on the fly.

Yea, we are pretty close to the height I like now. we are driving it for a week or so, then We are installing new front and rear bumpers and a winch on both the front and rear. We are going to put some extra fuel in the back, and have a Turtleback trailer coming. Once all that weight is on we can see and make the final adjustment in height. I am sure I will still end up having to shorten the links, or change the design altogether. I am liking the idea of the rockjock system and it sounds like those that have it like it. I will look up Clayton, that just may work well until we make a permanent change, well its a Jeep, so I am not quite sure if there ever is a permanent change.

This is my next upgrade evolution on suspension. How does the rock jock handle on the streets
yep..I just had a link tear out of my frame so I pulled the trigger for the anti rock. Simple install only caveat is that I have a 2.5 inch lift and they send the kit with links for a 4+ inch lift so if you are going to order and you have a short lift then let them know when you place your order..they are sending me out the correct ones. solid quality product

This is my next suspension upgrade evolution. Can you feel the difference overall ride quality on and off the trail?

it rides real nice...very smooth and compliant..just came back from a long road trip with a lot of camping gear in the bed and it was very stable and predictable

The rear sway bar looks like the next most vulnerable area for damage. Has anyone made changes or upgrades? I found this: https://www.rockjock4x4.com/RJ-256200-101 , but I do not know if it would work to get it up higher and away from damage. Here is a picture of how mine is now.

Those endlinks are WAY to long. Your swaybar should be parallel with the ground.

Not sure if I missed it, but Hellwig makes a upgraded rear sway bar for the Gladiators. It's on my list of additions this year. My one buddy said it was the cherry on top to finishing his MC GC kit

Just put on the hellwig a couple of weeks ago. Definitely drives better on road. I had a bad sway and roll due to weight, even worse when towing my light weight offroad trailer on the twisties. Will hit the trails this weekend and see if its worse on the trail.
