Ya know I considered this many moons ago. Got a job offer from one of the oil companies out there for a security position. Almost went with it then got direct hired into DOD through the Veteran preference thing. No interview, no muss, no fuss just a “Here’s you academy date, be there”. Guess destiny didn’t want me to be Canadian.

I drove a 4R the other day and I forgot how archaic it was. I would rather have a Gladiator.

Happen to know which model it was? Wife’s has all kinds of stuff on it. Trail cam, sky cam, bells, whistles. Thingamajigs, whatchamacallits. I don’t know half of what she’s got going on in there. Took me a few to figure out how to get it into 4-lo. Don’t even ask me about the wizardry it takes to get it into crawly mode.

My Gladiator SportS is like a Barney Rubble Mobile compared to her truck.

Very boring SUV. My Mojave drives better on and off road IMO. I really hate vehicles with window switches on the door. Feels weird now. Backup camera almost useless on 4R. I've owned two, but prefer the JT.

Had to park my 4Xe outside a few times. My friends and many on forums said how can you drive a firetrap? Buy an ice vehicle and forget about fires they said. My 4Xe got a lifetime warranty now. My Gladiator gets a suntan
