OK so you have to “unmarry” it. Can you leave it in after “umarrying”, or does it have to be physically removed? I assume removing it requires reaching way up into that tiny space again?

Get the extension cable. It's worth it.
Thanks, yes I have the extension cable. But I’m confused about what to do with the two cables/plugs after I take them out of the back of the Taser unit. Do I just leave them unplugged and dangling ?

The extension plugs into the sgw the other end plugs back into the two existing plugs where the tazer was connected to.

What is the result of just disconnecting the Tazer mini, and reconnecting cables to SGW, not unmarried ?
The changes you made with the Tazer, stay in the computer.

Yes, unless you have the extension cable. Are you looking to have it left at the dealership?

Yes…you must unmarry and remove it before taking it to the dealership. Any programming or updates they perform must be done without the Tazer married. That said, if you have re-geared and they install any new modules or the Transfer case itself, you will need the marry the Tazer back up or it will throw codes like crazy. Once married and all the parameters, gear ratio, tire size etc. are reprogrammed the codes will go away or not be thrown at all. This happened to me with a new transfer case. PM me if you have questions.
you rock thank you
