The only place to get one is from a dealer. When I asked about it, they quoted me two weeks and around $300 to get another one. Luckily, I found the one I misplaced.

My dealer informed me that with Mopar MaxCare you get 3 free replacements for the life of the plan, so if you bought an extended warranty that would be your best option.

I put one through the wash and had to buy a replacement. Ordered from dealer service, provided VIN, and then let them know if you also need the laser cut key.
Two different prices with/without the key.
Once the key arrives, you'll head to the service department for pickup and programming. Easy enough for them to do that as it only takes a few minutes.
