Seems like you try to use your Marine and lawyer status in everything you do.
Why single out the Claims Manager?
Seems like you talked to many reps before you got to him and had an issuswith them as well, so I am not sure why you singled him out and mentioned his name. That seems very petty, unprofessional, and ignorant of you.

I told my story, for those to beware. As I said, I gave them multiple chances to make it right - they did not. So I made them do the right thing. That is what Marines do….

Hey Kyle, thanks for sharing, and thanks for your service.

I generally don't trust lawyers and have found they are just professional bullies (through experience). I see that you are different, and defined by your military service and training, which is shaping your actions as a lawyer. I respect that.

This story should never have been a story. A reputable company, even if the screw up was not their fault, would work with the buyer to make it right. That may cost them some shipping fees, but the relationship earned would pay dividends in the future. Anyone can start a business, sadly.

I just happen to know the REAL Situation as a consumer who bought from them and know that this man spoke ill about a few team members and some of their accents being that some team members are from the Philippines.
