I spoke on what I witnessed the day I heard a few calls and how they were trying to help him and how he was rude to a lot of team members up there.

I don't work there!

But I know he disrespected a few and the members I know there are very helpful and they are a great team.
I am speaking on my own behalf as someone who knows one of the reps he spoke to and I am sure a few of your companies have bad reviews too, whether you are a Law Firm, or anything else.

You the troll.
If it's still up, it's still for debate.
How about you do something like you do everything else. Run your mouth!
Wow, nice, feels like you have a lawyer issue, not a guy just trying to get what he ordered issue. Geez

What’s work?
Do you actually have a JT? I mean it would be relevant to this forum or did you join to defend smitten family only? Because that’s just about what it looks like. It’s not like people learning how to garden or build chicken coops end up here. Let’s get serious, if you do have a JT do have a Baxter or a catch can? How many ducks? How many ditch lights? Dammit people want to know!
You reacted but didn’t answer the question? You have a JT or not? You know the reason to be here in the first place. If you can’t answer that with nothing more than a reaction then this is just useless shit. Maybe your right, maybe he’s right I don’t really give a shit either way, honestly could care less, but joining to put somebody with a JT on the JT forum on blast is what girls do and it’s fuckin’ stupid. Someone asked me here once while back “why are you even here?” I’m paying that forward to you. So why are you here?

So being a dutiful citizen and a concerned customer with close relationship to someone on the workforce you decided on “their” behalf to join the JT forum and set the record straight? So you don’t have vested interest in the JT forum at all, you’re vested interest this one dude. Got it. Have a wonderful day.

Don't live at home, very grown and ya mama should've taught you something but she not built like that. And my saying is for you to go to Texas to visit the company and meet the team yourself.

But like most of you run your mouth behind a keyboard and will never say the stuff to anybody face or never been in any action before any way.

Can someone translate this from illiterate to maybe 9th grade grammar?

Not sure what coming here to rant is supposed to achieve. But it's not doing anything good for the business, in fact every word I read is not helping me want to do business with Revemoto, quite the opposite in fact.

If dude/dudette was here for reputation control, a single post should have set out their version of the situation clearly and concisely, but nope can't have that. And all based on an overheard conversation and hearsay. Whoever it is has potentially killed any future business opportunities from people on this forum.

On a side note, I bought a brand new Wrangler in 2018 and 5 days later noticed a massive amount of frame rust (it had been sitting in flood water at the dealer in Houston, you could even see the line of demarcation). I filed a claim with FCA and they quickly denied it, despite the local dealer advocating for me.

Mad as hell I went to the Wrangler forum and started a thread about it. Jeep Cares responded within an hour or so, and a week later FCA offered a reasonable settlement. Forums are powerful, and can make or break your business.

And don’t forget, as there claims manager told me on the phone “he knows da law”…. The fact that a small company like that needs a full claims department speaks for itself.
I said everything exactly how it happened in the post. But thank you for dragging this old post back up, it reminds people of what ReveMoto tried and lets them decide if they want to risk doing business with them or go somewhere else…
I assume your court action worked out for you since I see no activity since 3/15/2024?

And my saying is for you to go to Texas to visit the company and meet the team yourself.
Not attacking you, but reminds of when I used to be a police officer in Sydney. One early Sunday afternoon I was working the front desk at The Rocks police station. I heard shouting and swearing outside on the footpath. Went to the door to see what all the hubbub was and a dude was upset for being thrown out of nearby pub, for poor behaviour. I asked him inside the police station where he got belligerent and combative.

He fought the charges in court and told the judge he had no idea why I asked him inside. The judge stared in disbelief, took his glasses off, and said, "You mean to tell me that you are on the footpath outside a police station yelling fuck you motherfuckers and you have no idea why a police officer invites you inside a police station? Did you think he was asking you in for a cup of tea?"

Anyway, an invite to Texas to me means I need to bring my guns, not let's sit down over lunch and hug it out.

Sorry for hogging the airwaves here, it was and still is a funny story to me.

First thing…to the OP Thank you for your service!

Now to LDO982 quoting “someone who works at the factory“ is hearsay and therefore not admissible in a court of law and the members here will not accept it as the truth either.

Quoting not only does not make you sound intelligent in fact it has the opposite effect.

If the owner of ReveMoto Is aware that his employees were involved in joining this forum only to spew hate towards its members he would probably fire them.
Even if you don’t work there and his employees gave you information regarding a customer complaint they could be let go.

So perhaps you should apologize to the members here and to the owner of ReveMoto its the least you can do, but probably won’t.

Crime fighter.
The story is the guy ordered wrong.
I seen everything and although I am not an employee there, but I heard more than 1 conversation he had where he talked reckless to a rep outside of claims before he even got to them.
He decided not to share the part number or anything before it became a claim and mocked how a Phillipines worker talked.
So I know a lot more than you or your kinfolk know.
I spoke on what I witnessed the day I heard a few calls and how they were trying to help him and how he was rude to a lot of team members up there.

I don't work there!
I'm curious, what reputable company allows non-employees to hang out in the Claims Department, see what should be confidential information, and listen to conversations?

No I did not hang out in the Claim Department. You can not hang out in thier personal offices. I know someone that works there who was trying to get the matter resolved and I heard the conversation.
I felt someway because they were trying to help and got attacked.
I came on to respond to the original review and said that did not seem like the whole story. I got attacked from others based on my response to him.

So you evesdropped and then took it upon yourself to go find this person online and start an argument having heard a snippet of one side of the story?

You get how that's worse, right?

One of my Commanding Officers in the Marine Corps said it best "Do The Right Thing Because It Is The Right Thing To Do".

This is exactly when I find a good company to deal with, I tell everyone, but good companies are getting harder and harder to find...
One of the Army's SMA taught me similar thing when he was my Bn CSM. Over the years later it really pissed off several seniors NCO's I had to serve as a subordinate NCO.
