Waited over 5 months for my ROAM Rugged 95L case to arrive, to be nestled in the back of my Jeep Gladiator. Finally loaded it all up, went to start using it, and the gas strut started popping off. The alignment is so bad, that the latches un-do themselves, and then the sole remaining strut magically opens the case with any kind of vibration.
Left a few reviews, was contacted by support, but, 18 emails later, they are still unwilling to send me out a new unit (in a box), so that I can ship them back the old one, in a box. They want me to just slap a label on it, and let FedEx worry about it.
I get company policy and all that, but this thing is a piece of garbage, why would I want to keep it? I just spent $230 on a plastic box that doesn't stay closed. I'm not going to cheat you, lol. I sent the pics and videos below to support as well.
Oh, and the reviews I've left haven't made it up on to NorthRidge4x4 or ROAM. No reviews on Amazon at all. Very interesting.
Buyer beware. I really want the self-leveling tent, but damn, not with this quality.
