Do you mean like the Yakima Roof Top Carrier style box or an MLRS pod with four rockets inside?

I run 1-2 ROAM 95L boxes but it took a lot of $$ to get them up there (Diamondback + Front Runner). You’ve only got a little over 5 feet if you include the space between the cab and the bed and a little rear overhang. The Yakima 14 is 6 feet. The 16 is 7 feet. If you need that, then you’re looking at a Yakima Outpost on a Diamondback, an adventure rack, a Leitner or a cap like an RSI, or a commercial style ladder rack.

I’ve added rod holders to one of my ROAM boxes which allows me to run rods up over the cab. Technically I could run kayak paddles up there too, I just don’t know where I’d put the kayak.
