I just bought a Jeep Mojave 2022 and had some questions.
1. How does one properly use the Jeep Mojave in the dessert and trails. Minimal rock crawling at some point. But I did buy the Mojave for its intended purpose.
2. When doing high speed dessert trails (Of course as I build experience) I understand doing it in 4high, pushing the off road plus button. When should I turn off the ESP and lock the rear diff?
3. What is the highest speed you can push the Mojave with 4High and rear locker engaged?
4. I appreciate any feedback and info.

Judging by your questions I would urge you to read the manual and take an offroad driving course or visit offroad racing track racing circuit style place with an instructor.
This is stuff that is either in the manual or you learn by watching/being shown and then replicating in a controlled safe environment and then slowly but surely pushing the limit. Doing this will break stuff and you will damage things.
Remember also the Mojave is a solid axle vehicle and thus has some limitations or characteristics in the faster paced offroad scenarios.

Well, if you're taking your Mojave through the 'dessert' you might get stuck in the Jello or apple pie ala-mode.

You get all that sticky stuff all over your Jeep, the only way to clean it is to lick it all off :LOL:

Living on the East Coast, I have zero experience with the 'desert' but, lotsa experience with dessert ;)

Two 'esses' in dessert which can be delicious, one 'es' in desert which if you try to eat it will only make you very thirsty from all the sand :LOL::LOL::LOL:

I could have sworn a Mojave kicked a gum drop up and chipped my windshield recently.

Ranger, Like others said, gotta read the manual, these days any auto is a very complex machine even the ones selling for 30K or so...

I got my MO about a year ago and before I did anything fancy with it I read the manual cover to cover...

But even after reading, which will give you a great foundation, there are still many questions....And yours are very reasonable.

Use Google too get basic answers like "when to use a rear locker", etc. There is a lot of info out there. Some of it is conflicting at times, but after you get experience you will learn what works for you and in what situations...Getting the most out of your MO in the wild is kinda an "Art".

Ask, get an answer, try out in the wild, repeat...

You ask a lot of good questions, for now I would say start with Off Road + in its basic mode (just press the button once). It detunes the ESS and TC, which means there is less momentary breaking (which on pavement is generally good to keep your truck stable, and the wheels with traction). But in deep sand, mud, snow, gravel, the momentary breaking is not always advantageous. So try it out, start slow, build your skills.

I'd say, OR+ is the most versatile tool you have in the wild, it can be used in many situations. But the caveat is, not always, and you have other tools at your disposal (some of which you mention)...Add those other tools to your experience as time goes by. Try them in an easy spot in the wild first.

MO is an amazing (stock) off-roader with lots of capability. And the most fun vehicle I have ever had...

Enjoy your journey, the learning curve is an exciting time.

1. Properly? I think that really depends on how you view the mojave in your own eyes
2. "ESP" is really just user preference. All of the traction control systems feel different for every user. It's really a matter of just getting out there and testing things out. The rear diff lock is kind of the same way in a sense. You don't always need it, but depending on what you're doing, you may absolutely need it haha.
3. Technically you can go as fast as you want to. Just make sure that the surface you're driving on isn't high traction, and don't switch in and out of 4hi/2hi going above 50-55mph and you'll be fine

This is also great advice.

Just do not give into peer pressure, do not do the hold my beer stuff, and please remember this truck cost a buttload of cash. Learn to say NO!
If you need to play hard, or try stuff out, often it is good to get a beater (go on a private space, no electronic helpers, welded diffs etc.) to build basics. Friends in the US say doing some demo derby is also great for teaching how to wheel and fix stuff, if you can take the punishment.

In the end, using the Mojave properly is driving it. Getting to the trails and getting home. Do that legally and safely while respecting nature and you will get the hang of it. Ken Block did not learn to drive the way he does in one day, that is years and years of experience, practice and crashing also!
