Rotopax locks! ?

If you have the Rotopax locks make sure you are lubing them weekly. If you don’t have them, I’d look for another solution.
Today’s activity: drilling ot the lock core because they are seized!

Pull the lock out and lube the 2 retracting keys that lock it in.

Liquid graphite is great for keeping locks lubed. Maybe not so much corrosion prevention but I'm assuming you'll need something to keep salt spray out to really prevent issues.

I take my rotopax containers/locks off when not in use.

Speaking of locks, keep them clean and covered. On a winter trip through Colorado, my locks filled with ice and froze locked. Minor annoyance.

Hasn't happened on my Jeep stuff, but door locks here in the mountains of NC do the same. Coming from FL originally, it was definitely a new thing for me. ?
