Hi there, I have a Gladiator Sport with a manual transmission and was wondering if anyone has wired up the Rough Country MLC-6 Multiple Light Controller Lower Dash Mount Kit in a manual. It looks like a straight forward setup but I know they run the wires to the dash through a pre existing hole that the clutch cable goes through on the fire wall which works out great for jeeps with the automatic transmission. So was wondering if anyone has pulled this off in a manual and what would the best route to run the wiring. Or even if someone has some experience in a different switch panel that works well for the gladiator with a manual trans. Thanks for viewing!

Honestly I would get the VOSwitch JL300 and put it in the factory location. You can route the control cable up to the drivers dash speaker and then partially drop the windshield to route the cable thru there.

That's what I did and it works great. The plus i you can configure the switches for on-off, momentary and multi function and they can be always on or ignition switched. The JL300 is $20 more than the RC MLC6 from Extreme Terrain (I didn't shop for either, you can probably do better)

Thanks for the advice! I actually did go up through the windshield like you suggested. I did use the rough country panel though. I got it for like 70$ brand new. It is a bit bulky but I don’t mind much.
