I picked up a knock-off RR Amfib snorkle from Amazon. I figured for the $350 lower price if it didn't work.... a heat gun and some sealant I could make it work and not be too mad lol. I was pleasantly suprised!!

The differences are minimal, the High inlet base is not branded RR, it actually came with metal inserts to prevent collapse or deformation of the tubing ( which is a known issue with the RR brand one and they are aware of it and have a fix but it doesn't come shipped in most cases). Otherwise I personally cannot tell a difference in quality or fitment. Same dimensions, texturing ( which is stupid BTW they should have a paintable option IMO) all the same, bolts may be lower grade I'm not sure.

I did color match it, with the texture I used Filler Primer, and I should have used more, but all together I'm happy with it!

I was worried about that, but thus far it doesn't bother me. I will probably end up changing to a dust Prefitler inlet instead of the ram scoop. I think it looks better and limiting the dust getting to the filter would be a plus.

I like it, I'm seriously debating how to install one on mine. I've got the Go Rhino light bar mounts (they stick out from the frame about 3/4"
I've been trying to figure out how to do a snorkel and keep the current light bar mounts. I'm thinking I either grab this style, and mount a prefilter down low like @willys 41 or modify it to still come up the windshield some

OR

Buy a more traditional style and heat gun the thing till it sits tight and correct with the light bar in place.........
