Rubicon Steel Bumper Winch Face Plate ?

So looking to install my rubicon steel bumper (clone). Have winch mount and everything layed out. The front center has a plastic snap in cover that covers all the holes. When I pop that out there are "tab" holes in the bumper after. IS there a plastic insert for when installing the winch ? Or do you just cut out the plastic for the rope to go thru ? I did some quick searches but dont seem to find what I'm looking for.

Hope these help. cant remember if the winch or the winch plate came with a cover/license plate hanger. both are warn.

Thanks. That's the piece behind the fairlead that I don't have. Winch plate didn't come with one. Still digging. Thanks for the pics.
