I have a '22 sport and have a chance to get a full rubicon suspension system for a good price. It says it will give about 1.5" of lift. My questions are will it fit without any problems, and I'm thinking on running 33's so will they fit without any problems.

I think it depends on the Rubicon . I just bought 4 Red shocks supposedly removed from a new Rubi figuring they were going to be a little longer than my OE Sport S max tow shocks . Same length

It could give you that much lift maybe little more but could just be 1” of lift. Will depend on the the rubicon it came off of. They have different spring rates depending on the options such as if it had the metal bumper from the factory on it. I have a Sport max tow and run 33s with my factory lift no problem so you definitely will have no issues with that lift. You possibly could run 35s.

No one can promise or tell you that. it's a guess.
And "full Rubicon suspension" - you only need the springs as the rest of the parts are the same. (and Rubicon shocks are not good, IMO)
I got 7/8" with Rubicon springs under the front of my Overland.
It's going to depend on the Rubicon the springs came from and the weight of your own truck.
I'd sure not count on 1.5" though.

As others have mentioned it depends on the Rubicon it came off of. There's variations on the spring compression rates depending if the rubicon had steel bumpers, hardtop etc.

Regardless I doubt you'd get 1.5" anyways even with the steel bumper rates springs.

I got a half inch initially from Rubicon shocks and springs from a non steel bumper rubicon. That has since changed since I've added a winch steel bumper, etc. but I also added a spacer lift to help with that. In any case it definitely depends on your own vehicle weight and those other factors as Shadow mentioned above.

Also the only difference in parts is the shocks and springs which is all you need and all I added initially. All other part numbers are the same.

A buddy of mine has a 2018 JL Sport. He got a Take-Off Diesel JL suspension. Additionally, he picked up JL High-Line fenders, which actually do more to provide tire clearance, from FB marketplace. He installed Toyo 35x11.5r17 tires and it works like a charm. He has an Arcus steel bumper with winch and says it's never ridden better. He doesn't have the wider axles and ended up using wheel spacers. I'll edit with photos.

JL Rubicon take offs were known to easily give 1.5" of lift but Gladiator take offs are way less and usually are around 0.75" of lift after settling.

I am running 285/75r17's which are essentially 34x11.5, (33.9x11.3 to be exact) I have no lift and mine is a Freedom Edition which is just a Sport S. I have zero rubbing or any fitment issues on mine. As others have mentioned yours could be different, but I doubt you would have any issues running 33's.

Thank you everyone for your replies, I checked on marketplace and it is sold. No big worry though I'm thinking on the AEV 2" spacer lift, or just saving up for a better one complete with shocks.
