Rugged Ridge DRLs -

I purchased and installed the rugged ridge fender chop kit with DRLs

I used Jscan to program the system.

The lights work great, however, they only come on when my headlights are on (I have the lighting set to auto). This means the fender lights come on only when it's dark outside.

With the factory lights, the fender lights would come on anytime the Gladiator was running. Any idea how to get my DRLs to come on when the Jeep is running, regardless of the lighting outside?

ive run into the same issue with othet LED DRLs. Hopefully there’s a big brained fella on here somewhere that can give you an answer.

Defeats the purpose of calling them DRLs if you can't run them in the daytime

plug and play. Tried to play with JScan today but had no luck.

Just an update -- still trying to figure this out.

On the JScan app, I can choose to set a specific set of lights as the DRLs.
Headlights (low and high beam), turn signal, and something called SRT Light bar. There's also an option for "dedicated," which I presume is the normal DRLs

Everything works except the "dedicated" option. Fog lights, headlights, and turn signals all work as DRL.

Unfortunately, I still cannot get the white LEDs to work as the DRL.

The Rugged Ridge kit was plug and play, so I am stuck with what to do next.
