Looks like the Mopar performance rock rail. They make them for the JL but I'm not sure if they're out for the JT yet.

They are available and they are on my LE. I had hoped they would be wider to give the rear fender more protection from rocks thrown up by the front tires. There are still a couple inches of vulnerable fender space.
