I couldn't find any information on the Rusty's Offroad bed sliders on the forum, but went ahead and ordered them anyway. Had the chance to install them today, and made a video of my experience. Thanks for letting me share!

Thanks for the video. I looked at these as an alternative to factory rubi rear sliders but there is several things that concern me about the product however.

1. missing hardware. For $600 a trip to Ace to buy fasteners would grind my gears.
2. Bolt holes that don’t line up to mounting points. If there’s bolt holes t should align with something especially since one required addition trimming of the bumper and protrudes below it.
3. Exposed bolt heads hanging down from what is supposed to be a slider. Just asking to be either a catch point or be chewed up. They should be recessed so the slider could actually slide across a hard surface.

They do look good and like that they can serve as a step into the bed.

Hahhaha! Thanks, man! We actually just had the pavers installed about one month ago so they are super fresh and clean still.

I agree with you on all points. I believe these parts, as delivered, were intended to be installed on a Rubicon, as an upgrade, rather than on a non-Rubicon, as a modification. If I had a Rubicon I suspect this install would've taken 30 minutes, though I cannot say if those rear bolts would've lined up. Regarding the bolts under the slider, they are actually higher up than the bottom of the round component, but, you are right: if I caught a bolt, or that protruding bracket, instead of the bottom of the slider it would be less than optimal. I will likely go back and cut off the protruding part of the bracket to eliminate that issue.

On the other hand, I like that these sliders and brackets are so solid and heavy. They, at least, look and feel like they would do the job. I also preferred the style of these bed sliders as they "matched" my body sliders, so I was willing to give them a shot. As of now, I would recommend them.

For your consideration! I wheeled too hard last weekend and all of my armor was taxed. The Rusty’s bed sliders did their job extremely well, and the bolts were a non-issue. Very highly recommended!

We started on Table Mesa Road and took a wrong turn... Ended up on some trail called "Die Hard". Two hours and one mile in we came to an obstacle we couldn't cross so we had to turn back. I was literally dragging my skids the entire time. Got high centered three or four times. Had to get yanked off more than a few rocks.

If it was the road and not the OHV park, I was in Cave Creek on Saturday. Neat country in AZ, really pretty this time of year.

I will have to mark the OHV park and the road in Gaia for next time we're in PHX, thanks!
