If you live near Warrenton VA, beware of buying or having any service done at Safford Jeep in Warrenton VA. If you do happen to get a decent price there, do not go back for service. They finally got my daughter's Jeep straightened out after a year or more. This was after they spoke to my wife like she was stupid and blamed her for the issues. The vehicle would sit there for weeks at a time and never move from where it was parked on the lot. The service manager does not care at all about any customer issues and treats you like you mean nothing. This is after purchasing 2 brand new vehicles from them within a year and a half. Then to top things off, we just got a citation in the mail for going almost 20mph over the speed limit in a school zone. We now have to fight that and luckily we have all the proof with dates and times that prove Safford was still in possession of the vehicle. I will make the trek 30 miles plus to another dealership versus the 5 miles to Safford Warrenton. I know things happen, but I have never in my 50 years had the experiences I have had at Safford.
