All depends on how and where you drive. For me 100% diesel all the way. My Gladiator will spend its life next to its older smaller brother - that's not going anywhere, 2005 Liberty CRD.I think I made the right choice (or at least the smart choice) with the gasser. Looks like extra work just to go burn some fuel once a week.
Man, that looks good! Mine's gonna look almost the same but with the steel bumper and soft top. I was kicking myself for not getting the black front grill. Your photo help dissuade some of that regret.
I'm glad Jeep has made so many options available. All depends on how and where you drive. For me 100% diesel all the way. My Gladiator will spend its life next to its older smaller brother - that's not going anywhere, 2005 Liberty CRD.
Well... Blake at Dave Dennis didn't have any issues hooking me up! Seriously, if you're in Ohio, GO THERE!Hold on........ the Jeep site says you can't get a Sarge Green Rubicon?!
I picked up a MP Concepts Aluminum bumper from Extreme Terrain (comes with an aluminum skid and winch plate) a few weeks back and a 12,000 lbs winch... as well as a softtop, 5th factory wheel for the spare, and a set of the Mopar Premium rock rails...Man, that looks good! Light (really specific, right...), bought two, one for my father (he got a 2021 JLUR from the same dealer) and they BOTH were a bit beat up and ended up getting a pretty solid store credit (enough for 70% of the winch so...I looked that bumper up. Looks like an exact copy of the stock one. What’s the weight?
NICE! gator also changes in lighting. I'm glad to see this also does that. Was worried it might be too dark. Looking great!Scattered clouds and sun today, photos don't do it justice. This color lights up in the sun. I think it was earlier in this thread we were discussing how this color can "shift" or look very different in different lighting. I have to concur now that I have seen it under different conditions. I love it, but it is definitely something to be aware of and a color you should definitely see in person at a dealership. As with other pics....photos straight from whatever defaults were in cell phone.![]()

i think on some JTs the black grill rocks, but I think with Sarge, green grill is better.I was kicking myself for not getting the black front grill. Your photo help dissuade some of that regret.
YES! Black fenders! Please post more pictures when you get an opportunity.Took delivery this evening of my Sarge Green Eco Diesel Rubicon Gladiator. I'll get some more pictures posted tomorrow, but I gotta say, if you're in Ohio, I'd HIGHLY recommend Blake at Dave Dennis in Beavercreek. Seriously good dude and the dealership was quick at getting us out of there. Been pestering him about 2 times a week for a month now!
edited to add picture from dealer...

Wish I had seen that bumper. That looks great and at an excellent price when factoring in the winch plate. I just looked up the mopar winch plate mounting kit, $542?! That's insane.Light (really specific, right...), bought two, one for my father (he got a 2021 JLUR from the same dealer) and they BOTH were a bit beat up and ended up getting a pretty solid store credit (enough for 70% of the winch so...
Honestly it was within a few pounds of the factory plastic one... BUT with the winch plate it certainly weights more as the winch plate is STOUT.

Truth... BUT I was really looking for the factory look, but couldn't justify essentially $2000 for a steel bumper (ordering it it would have required LED Lights which for over a grand is just nuts, I can get really nice ones aftermarket for far less)... AND at the time the Mopar Steel was backordered (don't know if it still is) so I figured what the heck... I got my wife's JKUR a solid aftermarket bumper and while I like it, I don't love it if that makes sense. We'll see, happy with the weight and we'll see about the rest.Rusty’s and Rockhard4x4 both have options for better prices
